to Work
As a passionate Delta committed to amplifying our sorority's impact on the world. I seek the office of Alumnae Member, 2026 Regional Nominating Committee because I believe my experience, vision, and dedication will be invaluable in shaping the future of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
My journey with Delta began Spring 2010 in the Fort Wayne Alumnae Chapter, where I was ignited by the spirit of service and sisterhood.
Throughout my years, I've held leadership roles like President, Vice President, Scholarship Chair, and Fundraising Chair, each allowing me to hone my skills in managing, planning, organizing, fundraising, advocacy, and promoting programs heightening awareness of our Sorority’s Five-Point Programmatic Thrust in the community. I've witnessed firsthand the challenges our communities face, and I'm driven to ensure Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. remains a beacon of empowerment and progress for Black people.
My Vison

Excellence of Sisterhood
We must strive for a sorority that reflects the beautiful diversity of the areas we serve. This means actively seeking out and welcoming Sorors’ from all backgrounds professionally and personally, ensuring that every voice is heard and valued. We must also create a culture of mentorship and support, where each Soror is empowered to reach her full potential.
Active Advocacy
Our founders dared to dream big and fight for justice. We must carry their torch forward, amplifying our voices in the fight against social and economic inequities. This requires not only individual activism but also strategic partnerships with other organizations and communities. We must leverage our collective power to create lasting change.
Sustainable Service
Our commitment to service extends beyond volunteer hours and fundraising drives. We must invest in programs that address the root causes of societal issues, ensuring their long-term impact. This means collaborating with local organizations, developing data-driven initiatives, and measuring our progress to continuously improve.
As a member of the 2026 Regional Nominating Committee, I will work to assist in selecting candidates who embody these values and share this vision for Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. I will ensure a transparent and inclusive nomination process, one that prioritizes merit, experience, and a deep commitment to our sorority's mission. Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. has always been at the forefront of change. Now, it's time for me to step into a new era of leadership, one fueled by excellence of sisterhood, active advocacy, and sustainable service. I believe my passion, experience, and vision can help in reclaiming and retaining our impactful and
